To make a purchase from Classic XI, you must:

Classic XI currently ships only within the United Kingdom.

3. Products

Classic XI sells authentic soccer jerseys. We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer changes.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.

  • Classic XI currently accepts PayPal as the only payment method.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

  • Classic XI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Area: United Kingdom only

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Classic XI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fees: None

  • Final Sale Items: None

  • Refund Processing Time: 7 days after receiving the returned item

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@classicxi.shop.
Cancellations or changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original PayPal account used for payment within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. You will be notified once the refund is complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

Classic XI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount paid for the order.

11. Privacy

Classic XI values and respects customer privacy. Personal information is used only for order processing, shipping, and customer service purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
