Classic XI sells authentic soccer jerseys. All our products are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT).

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for all orders.
All transactions are processed securely in GBP (£).


6. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.


7. What shipping service do you use?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.


8. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail (UK only)
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.


9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Return Method: By mail

  • Return Label: Free — downloadable and printable

  • Restocking Fees: None

  • Refund Time: Processed within 7 days after the returned item is received

  • Final Sale Items: None — all products are eligible for return


10. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any item.


11. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is free. You’ll receive a prepaid return label to download and print.


12. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.


13. What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Please email us immediately at support@classicxi.shop with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly by arranging a free replacement or full refund.


14. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@classicxi.shop 

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes must be made before shipping.


15. What if my package hasn’t arrived yet?

If it’s been more than 5 business days since shipment, contact us at support@classicxi.shop and we’ll track your order for you.


16. How do I stay updated on my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from Royal Mail.
